A new trophy for the Velká Pardubická with Slavia Insurance.

For me, the Velká Pardubická is a celebration of elegance and beauty, nobility and tradition, contrasted with the energy, speed, power, ferocity, and tenacity of the horses and their jockeys. All of this creates a unique atmosphere and a powerful charge—elements I sought to capture in the design of the new trophy. The uniqueness of the moment and its intensity.

The trophy embodies a fusion of tradition, craftsmanship, and contemporary art. Its shape is inspired by a ceremonial bouquet, evoking the significance of the celebratory moment—the presentation of the award. The trophy is rich in color symbolism: ruby ​​red reflects the visual identity of Slavia Insurance, as well as dynamism and speed, while the yellow-green hue represents nature and the racecourse itself. This unique and original color combination makes the trophy a striking centerpiece. The hand-cut edges and curves, along with the trophy’s undulating lines, symbolize the obstacles and demanding nature of the race.
